Heh... well this is advice from a guy... a guy who is similar to your boyfriend. I mean i like talking too... so it may be different. But when my girlfriend tells me she's not in the mood to well... you know. Admittedly I feel a bit gutted. I'm just a physical guy and I like my 'fun times.' But I really care for my girl and of course I love her even if she doesn't want to do things all the time.

Your boy should be the same. If he pressures you then it may not be right? I don't know. Your best bet is to just tell him that you don't wanna do 'things' every time you see him. That you just want to talk and get to know him better.

I don't know if I can actually tell you word for word what to say to him. But I can tell you what my girl said to me. Obviously we're on different wave-lengths... You're not talking about sex are you? But my girl just tells me shes not in the mood or that she is... pretty much. And if you start watching how your boy acts you can tell what hes feeling like. I watch my girl and notice when she's in the mood or not and she does the same for me (tho i'm always in the mood lol)

So tell him maybe in the beginning you can initiate the 'fun times' until you can get to know him better. But in saying that... don't hold off too much. He probably does want quite a bit of fun with you... as well as care for you. So get a good balance of care and fun. He may b a bit bummed in the beginning but you've done nothing wrong by telling him how you feel. And maybe in the long run he'll thank you for it.
